PreFast supplies customized prefab timber frame modules and elements to the construction industry. Our vision is to be in demand as a solid, reliable supplier. An operator that delivers the right products at the right time – every time.
Near and far
We deliver products to construction sites throughout Sweden and even as far away as Antarctica. It is important to us that you, our customer, feel confident and know that you can rely on us. That is why we always strive to establish personal contact and a transparent working relationship.
Own factory
The building modules and wall elements are manufactured indoors in a newly built state of the art factory in Sölvesborg, Sweden. The blue halls cover an area of 2,500 m2 and constitute the heart of our business. Our adaptable and experienced organisation enables us to work quickly and efficiently. In addition, we provide a full range of skills from initial drawings to delivery of the finished building modules.
A sustainable production and future
PreFast follows the most stringent quality and environmental certifications in the industry. The timber we use is from sustainable forests and with a high quality and we help our clients to understand how our products are made and what material is used. Our factory is equipped with more than 1 000 sqm solar panels to further help us and our clients to be more sustainable.
